Shipping Out

This beautiful bride is receiving flowers from a retired serviceman in honor of her wedding wows, and that, as an Air Force service women she is shipping out for a tour of duty in Qatar in three days.

Her new spouse will be taking care of a seven year old from a previous marriage and I was moved by all the symbolism in this wedding. A new family, a new chance, a couple to care for a young girl, a woman who joined the service to survive after a bad marriage.  I am glad to meet people this way and perform this service.
