Finally scheduled my first Colonoscopy, at the urging of one of my hospitalized friends who just had colon cancer.
Headed out to try to play the kind of golf I am capable of, and have not pulled of in months, hope springs eternal.
Not prepared for the early ridiculous reference to Mitt being unkind in high school. I do not think majoring our hopes in politics and following Jesus are as compatible as many people believe. There is a way inbetween that has more power although it looks weak.

Had a endoscopy/colonoscopy a few months ago. Seems like a good preventative methodology.
