Rainbow Acres is a Christian home for disabled adults near Camp Verde AZ. Founded in 1974 by Dr. Ralph Showers who celebrated his 75th birthday and was honored by all who attended the open house today. Ralph lost his arms in an accident as he was beginning the ministry and became a spokesman for treating the disabled with dignity and spawned many similar home across the nation.
We were inspired by the stories of faith, the maturity of the beautiful campus especially their new community center which will provide for large group experiences.
