We just spent some money repairing our flat backporch roof for a long term leak. I saved some money by doing the elastomeric coating myself this Saturday afternoon.
This is sixty lbs of the stuff and I need a second coat, and yes, it was hot up there today.

My daughters love Mary Poppins. Hehe. It's nice that your roof leaks have been taken care of. And doing it yourself gives you some bragging rights. Hehe. =)
