Offline for a few days

I am taking a few days to be quiet and renew so I will be back on Thursday, Lord willing.

I am going to have another heart exploration in the form of an angiogram early Wednesday, to see if a blockage is developing in the artery feeding the lower quadrant of my heart. I am of course dissapointed, it is possible to strengthen the heart muscle through exercise but you are stuck with the condition of your major artories. So the cardiologist will attempt to restore blood flow, hopefully with another stent or ballon, worst case, by pass.
