Not our Kitchen, but the office kitchen and....how many chefs spoil the broth???

We have been thinking and planning for years to update our 1980s Kitchen. Mainly the seperation between cooking and dining nook with a hanging cabinet that blocks conversation, and we often manage to bump our heads against it. New appliances, New counters and cabinets, a more centered sink, and new flooring that will extend across the front of the house and connect all the rooms. So, here we go, bids coming in January.
