I have developed a three...I am addicted too Don. ツ<br /><br />I have developed a three phased therapeutic methodology when I am browsing my timeline. <br /><br />The first phase is the hiding posts "shared" by friends from people/groups who I do not know. For example, friend Joe shares something from people-who-love-guns. In response I simply hide all content from people-who-love-guns.<br /><br />The second phase is unfollowing folks who are always sharing posts like that without really commenting on what they share. I also unfollow folks who I feel consistently draw me in to contentious and negative discussions. This usually takes a while to discern because everyone can have a bad week or two.<br /><br />Lastly, I have on rare occasions unfriended a person.
